Voting by Proxy
Under Ontario’s Municipal Election Act, you may be appointed as the proxy of one or more family members (parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, sibling or spouse) or as the proxy of one person who is not a family member. Please use the following link to obtain an Appointment for Voting Proxy – Form 3 with the instructions.

October 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18 – Advanced Polls
from 10am to 6pm at Valley Park Community Centre
October 26, 2026 – Election Day
Where to Vote
If you did not receive your voter identification card in the mail, you can still vote by bringing a piece of ID with your name and home address. You may vote at any of these locations on October 26 between 10am to 8pm.
